Group therapy provides a way to connect with other experiences and reflect on our own journey of life. In the group or family setting, we can learn from hearing peoples' stories as well as be heard. There is a sense of bonding and unity that is unique within this setting of therapy. It creates relationships and connections beyond our own narratives.

Family life, parenting, and relationship issues can be overwhelming. Often times it seems communication and overall understanding is the greatest challenge. Counselling can provide a safe and open space for couples to understand and work together as a team.
